Kindle Paperwhite 3G
Price
£169

Pros: The same as the standard Paperwhite with the added bonus of 3G, making it easier to make use of Amazon's cloud storage and the limit of 2GB storage is therefore less of an issue.

Cons: 2GB is still not an awful lot of storage space, especially if you like to read PDF files or magazines. Cloud storage is great, but you can't access it if you're on the tube or on a plane - two of the places where you'd likely want to use your Kindle. It's disappointing that there isn't a way to expand the memory via a microSD card or similar.

Ideal for: People who travel a lot or who really want to be able to browse the store and purchase new eBooks directly to their device wherever they are.

Suggested eBooks: Later this month, Amazon is launching a book lending service for Amazon Prime customers, where you'll be able to 'borrow' one electronic book a month for free from a range of 200,000 titles. These titles will include J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series and other current and former Kindle store bestsellers.
