It's official - the Draw Something craze is taking over the world. Having topped the app charts, won mass praise and notched up a whopping 50 million downloads in just 50 days, it is now the fastest growing mobile game in history. If you've wondered where your friends have been recently, we'd bet they've probably been playing this.
But while most of our drawings don't venture much further than stick men and squiggles, there are those people who manage to put us all to shame with their mobile works of art. We've pulled together a veritable selection over the next few pages, as well as a few top class efforts from MSN readers as well. Think you can do better? We want to see them! Email us your best at msntech@live.co.uk and you may just see your masterpiece in a future article.

I wouldn't want to play Pictionary with you, you would try to sue me if I drew a copyright image.

I didn't think I had fat fingers until I saw these. 
I can barely draw a straight line.
btw don't you just hate the people who just write the word? Completely defeating the object of the game?

I love the game, I love Art but my drawings are nowhere near as good as these.
I am thinking though that they must have been done on a large screen ipad for example, not the phone - to get so much detail.
they are all brilliant pictures, but so overthought. eg steve jobs for apple, when why not just draw an apple? which is probably only worth one coin anyway lol

My family and friends, old and young, enjoy receiving work from me that has a bit of effort put into it. It makes them happy, which is why I personally do it. I specifically choose a composition that I think the person I am sending it to has a better chance of guessing. i.e.: "tomb raider" which you can't see under the text boxes as opposed to a hot rendition of the gorgeous actress.
I really enjoy spending an extra 5 - 15 min of my time if it makes someone happy to see it as opposed to the 20 seconds when I'm feeling lazy.
I love all the other work here and on bestofdrawsomething. I've personally taken a liking to the ACORN, lol. Such an amazing job on all of it! Nice work people!
Besides it's all about expression and the fun of this game after all.

Funny how all these images are based on corporate hollywood imagery - can no one draw a genuine storm, or know that the golem is a jewish folk tale, or draw anything from their imagination which isn't a copy of an existing copyrighted image?
Or is it just the cherry picked selection which MSN staff have been given to use?
