It's here! Finally! Spotify has launched a new iPad-exclusive application, which is easily the best music app news of the year to date.

The app is already live on the iTunes App Store for those iPad-toting music fans that cannot wait to download it and see what the Swedish tune-streaming gurus have been beavering away at for the last few months.

You can also check out Spotify's promotional video for its new iPad app - in which the cheeky Scandinavians play a little joke on their iOS-app-subscribing fans. If you LOL at the joke, it's highly likely that you yourself are Swedish...
