Anyone who’s seen a Kinect camera for Xbox will see that the Creative Senz is a similar product, only for PC. That means it tracks movement, can recognise your face for computer log in and change your living room background during video chat. It creates a darkness behind you, around your profile, so no one will see your untidy home on the conference call.

The camera also recognises your speech and comes with an app which allows you to dictate rather than type documents. It’s an interesting product and one that Kinect has proved can work as gesture control gains ground on touch control in the world of work and play using computers.

Key features: Gesture recognition, voice control.

Perfect for: Kinect fans wanting to control a PC by waving or talking.

Price: TBC
