Sound advice on the top cans to buy
Hoover Robo.com 2
The disc based design of the Robo.com 2 is similar to rivals, though this Hoover has a big name and low price tag attached. Does that mean it’s the best? Sadly not.
While the design is slick and the charge point small enough to tuck away anywhere, the quiet robot isn’t the most intelligent cleaner. The chunky surround slams into walls as it learns your home - not ideal for fragile skirting boards. Similarly, the power is wasted on a machine that is easily phased by shoe laces and rugs. If you have giant rooms without rugs and obstacles like shoes, then the Robo.com 2 is worth considering but won’t suit crowded households.
Key features: UV lamp for bacteria, floor polishing skills.
Perfect for: Large rooms without obstacles.
