Felix Baumgartner's leap of faith broke YouTube live streaming records, as 8 million viewers tuned in to watch the Austrian complete his death-defying feat.

By jumping to earth from the edge of space, Baumgartner made history and not only entered the record-books by smashing YouTube viewing records, but also for achieving a dizzying array of other accolades: Highest skydive from 128,097ft, highest manned balloon flight (24 miles above New Mexico) and fastest freefall (834mph - that also broke the sound barrier).

Throughout the years, more and more people are using the web to tune-in to such extraordinary, once-in-a-lifetime events. To this end we've put together a few other other of the most-watched moments in Internet history. How many of these do you remember?
