Yet another update: Facebook upgrades photos experience
The upgrade overhauls the photo experience and is dubbed to deliver 'a more beautiful view of photos'.

When Facebook unleashed Timeline on an unsuspecting public earlier this year they indicated it was the start of something bigger.
Now when you click Photos at the top of your timeline, you'll see larger pictures that fill up the page. It's easier to
showcase photos you like too, click the star button to make important photos stand out.
They've also made it even easier for you to find shots you're tagged in, as well as pictures you've shared and albums you've created. So when a friend visits the photos section of your profile they can just use the menu at the top of your Timeline to switch between views.

Users can expect to see the new photo interface roll-out gradually, starting with those profiles that have already been upgraded to Facebook Timeline.
In a blog post on the Facebook Newsroom Emily Grewal (product manager) says that Facebook will continue to improve the experience, we expect to see more changes in the near-future as Facebook recently acquired the photo sharing application - Lightbox.
