Download Skype it says and all your Contacts will be available .Not a hope of finding one after it installed ,then press add contacts it tried then after 20 min gave up.Why cant Microsoft just add skype to messenger ,then at least one of them would work.Either they make big improvments or I just unistall messenger come March.I wont be using something that does not work on either of my systems win 7 and win 8.On win 8 machine skype tells me i dont have web cam or sound card ,messenger says i do and both worked,but try contacting Skype ,try try and try again ,Great Customer service ,well if they ever get one let me know

why can't I open my emails through this supposedly amazing skype? I'm now having to open MSN to get into hotmail which I have been doing easily for the last 12 years through msn messenger/windows live messenger. Bring back the good old days!

Ive only just got my head round all this I have 98 e-mails with info in them ie united utilities doing my own elec.gas readings online e-mails from family and friends that I dont want to lose a number of contacts on my friends list etc. I have no interest in group conversations or talking to mobiles on my lap top why do I have to change ? it strikes me it just another way of getting more money out of people Ime nearly 60 and can do without all the hassle only had a lap top a couple of years so am not computer literate

quite worried every time I have tried to download skype my computer freezes to the extent of having to remove battery to turn computer off. Cannot find a reason for this.

What a lode of stuff that comes out the other end of a cow ****. 1 how do i see what in my email account, 2 i try looking and even down loaded the messeger puls for skype and i still can't see were my email account on it, and 3 i saw the but saying download the new outlook exp and it not working as well for i can't **** open the email in my **** acount. come on Microsoft if you going to re do stuff and roll it out make sower the stuff works first and people know how it works.
