The Surface will come with an on-board camera and, because it's running Windows, you'll also have the option to run full-featured photo editing software. Microsoft wouldn't give exact pricing at the launch event, but said the devices would be "competitive". Expect the Surface for Windows RT to go on sale at the same time as Windows 8, with the Intel-powered Surface for Windows 8 Pro making it to market about 90 days later.
