iPad mini is the name that seems to have stuck so far. Though let’s not forget that this is the name given to an as-yet-unannounced device by almost everybody in the technology industry (other than anybody from Apple Technology Corp).

So what’s to say that it might NOT be called the iPad mini – and, instead, called something completely different. Some are suggesting that Apple’s marketing wizzes might opt to call it the iPad nano, in line with the naming tradition of the iPod line. Stranger things have happened…
